Offering approximately 120 m² (1,290 sq ft) of living space across two floors, the apartment feels bright, open and inviting. Every detail has been carefully chosen to combine timeless elegance with warmth and comfort. Furniture inspired by traditional Tyrolean oak craftsmanship gives the interior its distinctive character while creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy complete flexibility during your stay—prepare a leisurely breakfast before setting off to explore the mountains or gather around the table for a relaxed dinner after a day outdoors. The spacious bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, while an additional guest WC provides extra convenience.

In wintertime, our garden transforms into a breathtaking snowy wonderland. At first white frost covers the trees and bushes, later on the garden is enchanted with snow crystals and icicles.
